And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. Galatians 6:9
Meet Julia
Hi there, I'm Julia Yoder. I grew up in a place where singing with my sisters and playing in the woods were magical parts of everyday life. We had a big family, with lots of siblings and cousins, and some of my favorite times were visiting my grandparents’ farm during the summer. Those early years shaped who I am today and inspired the values I carry with me in everything I do: family, authenticity, and the desire to help others thrive. Life was full of simple joys back then.
As a kid, I thought I might grow up to be a house cleaner, but after high school, I explored a number of roles. From admin assistant to travel agent, bookkeeper to stay at home mom, then working in hospitality, I journeyed through different careers. Through it all, I learned that the heart of happiness comes from the relationships we build and the moments we cherish.
One day, everything changed. My family and I decided to move to North Carolina. We took a leap of faith, packed all our belongings into a truck, and said goodbye to Northern Virginia. It was a huge leap, moving somewhere where we knew no one!
After the move I jumped into the hospitality field but it wasn’t what I wanted to do long term. Through a friend, I got a chance to work with a top real estate agent as an assistant for about 1.5 years. There were moments when I was lost, unsure if this path was the right one for me.
Then, a friend from church offered me a spot in his real estate firm if I ever got my license. That was my nudge! With a lot of support from my family and trust in God, I decided to go for it. I studied, got my license, and jumped into the real estate world. It wasn't always easy, but helping people find and sell their homes became my passion.
I even created my own guide called the "Claim & Grow Guide." It’s a special way I help those looking for a more rural lifestyle find space for a better life.
Today, I am thrilled to be helping families like mine find their own happy places. I believe in being honest and true, whether talking about the long-term impact of buying a home or simply sharing life's ups and downs.
I strive to bring balance and care to everything I do. Spending time with my family is so important, and I make sure to have that time, even while helping others find the home of their dreams. Life taught me that with a little faith and a lot of heart, you can turn any moment into a beautiful one.
